This is your run of the mill one-track promo. The US and Canadian versions came with a back cover only. The European version came in a cardboard sleeve. Versions [3] & [4] are exactly the same. However, [4] comes with a promotional sticker on the back with some UK tour dates. Polydor VHS [7] looks like Interscope promotional VHS : it comes with a hole in the cardboard sleeve so you see the sticker on the tape.
