As tough as it was to replace Nick Oliveri or Dave Grohl, the toughest member of QOTSA's lineup to replace was Natasha Schnieder. The reason for this is simple: breasts. Her incredible pair of them certainly captivated many fans while she toured with QOTSA.
Dean Fertita doesn't have boobs, but he does have plenty of musical talent and experience. He can play guitar, bass, keyboards and sing as well, although it looks as though he will be playing only keyboard for QOTSA's live shows, at least for now.
From 2001-2005, Dean was the frontman for a group named The Waxwings and currently fronts a group named The Devotees. He has toured with The Raconteurs and Brendan Benson and joined Queens in the Spring of 2007. This Michigan native joins Josh, Joey, Troy and Mikey Shoes as the 5th and final touring member of QOTSA as they promote Era Vulgaris.
